Brady Fletcher is the Managing Director of the TSX Venture Exchange. He brings nearly a decade of investment banking experience to this role and a clear perspective of how the Venture should be used as a capital formation tool.
Brady's career began in capital markets with CGF's Investment Banking team. He developed specialized experience working with growth stage issuers to develop financing, M&A and business development strategies. Brady spent a decade in investment banking and venture capital with a focus on growth stage issuers. He also spent two years developing a technology startup before joining TMX group to head the TSX Venture Exchange.
As Head of the TSXV, Brady is responsible for driving the client experience for all issuers and investors, as well as developing and implementing a multi-faceted strategy to drive sustainable long-term growth in a key element of TMX's two tiered capital formation continuum.
During his tenure, Brady has successfully led some of the largest policy innovation work, and technology development in the Exchange's history. In addition to over 580 new listings and $22.5bn in financing activity, and supporting 65 graduates from the TSX Venture to the TSX - representing 49% of all corporate listings on TSX during that time.
